Windermere Brewing Company, LLC is committed to providing a welcoming and functional space for your private or semi-private event. Focusing on our home-town feel and exceptional craft beer choices, you can plan a casual but classy event.
From corporate events (holiday parties, fundraisers, happy hours, team meetings, team days, or luncheons) to family gatherings (birthday parties, bridal showers, bachelor/bachelorette parties, baby showers), we have both indoor and outdoor options for our Guests. Full seating, partial seating and standing options are available and we have an open food policy so you can organize a food truck partner or bring catering of your choice.
We offer both private and semi-private events. During fully private events, the Taproom and Beer Garden (backyard lawn area) are closed to the public for the duration of your event. During semi-private events, either the Taproom or Beer Garden are closed to the public for the duration of your event and the area not being used for your event will be open to the public. In this instance, restrooms will be shared with the public during your event.
SPACES PROVIDED
The following spaces are available for rent:
● Full Brewery – maximum capacity: 200, approx. 118 seats and up to 80 standing
● Beer Garden – maximum capacity: 148, approx. 88 seats and up to 60 standing
(Spaces are available for rent on a first-come first-serve basis.)
FULL BREWERY BUYOUT
The Full Brewery buyout includes use of the Taproom, Back Porch, and Beer Garden at the brewery. Bar service is out of the Taproom and one (1) bartender will be responsible for routinely checking on the private party, taking drink orders, taking glassware, and being an on-demand server to help alleviate guests waiting at the bar. The rental fee includes the following:

Monday: $500/hr *
Tuesday: $700/hr *
Wednesday: $700/hr *
Thursday: $800/hr *
Friday: $1200/hr**
Saturday: $1200/hr**
Sunday: $1000/hr**
* - 20% Discount for buyouts between 3 - 5pm
** - 20% Discount for buyouts between 12pm - 3pm
(minimum of 2 Hours + 6.5% Tax)
● Includes 2 bartenders – if additional bartenders are needed, they can be added at a rate of $50 per hour per extra bartender.
● $1000 Tab Minimum, pre-tax
● Drink Tickets at a cost of $11/person for one drink, $22/person for two drinks.
● Automatic Gratuity (25% of pre-taxed bar tab)
● Set-up and clean-up one hour before and one hour after the event.
BEER GARDEN ONLY BUYOUT
The Beer Garden buyout includes use of the back porch and Beer Garden area in the back of the brewery. Bar service is out of the Taproom and one (1) bartender will be responsible for routinely checking on the private party, taking drink orders, taking glassware, and being an on-demand server to help alleviate guests waiting at the bar. The rental fee includes the following:

Tuesday: $400/hr
Wednesday: $400/hr
Thursday: $500/hr
Friday: $800/hr
Saturday: $800/hr
Sunday: $500/hr
(minimum of 2 Hours + 6.5% Tax)

● Open Tab Minimum (based on guest count), pre-tax.

Please note: the Taproom will be open to the public during your event.
VENDORS
Guests are allowed to bring in catering for the event. Windermere Brewing Company is not responsible for the facilitation of any outside vendors or rental companies. You must provide the Vendor contact information to Windermere Brewing Company at least fourteen (14) days advance of your event. Certificates of Insurance for larger events may be requested at Windermere Brewing Company’s discretion.
Vendors are NOT allowed to sell to the public, outside of your group, unless permission is granted by Windermere Brewing Company in advance.
