Join Our Crew – Taproom Bartender Wanted!
Windermere Brewing Company is looking for an enthusiastic, craft beer-loving bartender to join our taproom team! Nestled near the Butler Chain of Lakes, our brewery is all about great beer, good vibes, and a welcoming community of locals and visitors alike. If you know your way around a draft system, love talking craft beer, and thrive in a laid-back but fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you!
What You’ll Do:
Pour and serve our lineup of craft beers with knowledge and enthusiasm
Engage with guests, sharing the story of our brews and brewery culture
Keep the taproom flowing: handling transactions, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring guests have a top-notch experience
Be a team player and help with side duties like stocking, cleaning glassware, and occasional event support
What We’re Looking For:
Craft beer knowledge and bartending experience (required)
Weekend and evening availability (flexibility is key!)
A friendly, outgoing personality with strong customer service skills
Ability to lift kegs and move cases of beer when needed
Must be 21+
